1st Trimester Miscarriages

After enduring several first trimester miscarriages with no medical explanation, I felt totally at the end of my tether and decided to try out acupuncture as I had heard many great things about the benefits that it can have for fertility problems. I stumbled upon Lena’s website and was impressed by all the positive testimonials that she had received and decided to give it a go myself. Within a couple of treatments I began to notice an improvement to my general health, hormones and menstrual cycle. Lena was incredibly friendly and informative and as soon as I met her I just knew I was in good hands. She not only looked at my complete miscarriage history but general state of health and discussed any concern that I had. After a few weeks of coming to Lena I found out that I was pregnant again and I was naturally extremely concerned about the possibility of having another miscarriage. She used acupuncture points to encourage the pregnancy to hold and also to help with the terrible morning sickness which was particularly difficult at times! I am now nearly 19 weeks pregnant and everything is going extremely well. I truly believe that without Lena’s expertise and encouragement I would not have got this far and would not be feeling as good!

1st Trimester Miscarriage

I am delighted to be able to recommend acupuncture treatment with Lena.
