Treatments last 1 hour and the cost per session is £45. Students are given the reduced rate of £35 and those eligible for the low income clinic pay £25.

There are no card facilities at Mulberry House so I would be grateful if payments could be made with cash or cheque (made payable to “Lena Fong Acupuncture”).

Please note that in situations of rescheduling or cancellations of appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is necessary, i.e. informing reception by 9am the day prior to the session. As I run a busy practice, this allows enough time to phone a patient on the cancellation list whom may be waiting for an appointment to become available. A cancellation fee of £20 will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. This simply covers the rent for the room when the slot was originally booked. Thank you.
