Cold hips are a sign of Kidney Yang deficiency nd it is often seen with other symptoms such as achy knees, frequent urination and feeling cold to the core. It can be straight forward to treat but results are seen more quickly if you combine the acupuncture with some dietary advice like balancing the temp of your food (always eating and drinking energeticaly hot and cold food).
