Lena
Lena achieved a 1st in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture (PGDipAc) in 2003 at the Northern College of Acupuncture . Prior to that, she attained a BScHons in Chemistry and worked for a year in the Chemicals industry.
Since qualifying, she has worked in clinics in South Shields, Morpeth, Berwick-Upon-Tweed and Edinburgh and has treated a wide variety of conditions.
Lena is a member of The British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) where all members have completed a thorough training of at least three years in traditional acupuncture and bio-medical sciences appropriate to the practice of acupuncture. The BAcC maintains common standards of education, ethics, discipline and practice to ensure high standards in the practice of acupuncture and health and safety of all its members. They are also ensure that their members are fully insured and conform to local regulations.
She lives in Edinburgh with her husband, Andrew and 2 young sons, Lewis and Max.
